Digital executive education
Equilibrium Group has partnered with Excelerate Consulting to deliver the Ascension Banking Simulation. The program is built for banks globally and is a real-time digital banking technology simulation. This digital experience is being used in banks globally for senior executive development and in leadership programs. Facilitated by Senior Bankers, the program addresses both financial and non-financial risks. The program challenges banking leaders with critical learning objectives including:
